Johnnie Ganem, J.D.
Co-Founder and Principal
Johnnie has generated a highly respected client base by working with area legal and accounting professionals, area property owners, and local banking institutions. In addition to providing valuation services to lenders for collateral underwriting, he has also provided expert witness services for litigation support for a variety of cases such as civil suits, bankruptcy cases, estate planning/tax cases, and foreclosure/confirmation, charitable contributions, and divorce proceedings. He has also worked with hundreds of area property owners in the valuation of property for estate purposes and property tax appeals in both Georgia and South Carolina. Johnnie is licensed as an active Certified General Real Property Appraiser in Georgia and South Carolina.
David E. Lane

David is a versed real estate appraiser and consultant with over 18 years of experience within the Coastal Georgia and South Carolina Low Country. In addition, David’s background in numerous construction and development projects provides unique perspectives to his clients that he uses to provide exceptional appraisal, advisory and consulting assignments. His clients rely on his expertise for accurate valuations and timely reporting working in the valuation of a variety of property types for all aspects of real estate investment, estate planning, and tax cases. David is also versed in litigation support as an expert witness for divorce, condemnation, foreclosures, bankruptcy, etc. David is licensed as a Certified General Real Property Appraiser in both Georgia and South Carolina and is a Candidate for Designation with the Appraisal Institute.
