Johnnie Ganem
Co-Founder and Principal
A Savannah native, Johnnie has generated a highly respected client base by working with area legal and accounting professionals, area property owners, and local banking institutions. In addition to providing valuation services to lenders for collateral underwriting, he has also provided expert witness services for litigation support for a variety of cases such as civil suits, bankruptcy cases, estate planning/tax cases, and foreclosure/confirmation, charitable contributions, and divorce proceedings. He has also worked with hundreds of area property owners in the valuation of property for estate purposes and property tax appeals in both Georgia and South Carolina.
David E. Lane
Co-Founder and Principal
David is experienced in the valuation of a variety of property types and has experience in all aspects of real estate investment, development and construction.
David is licensed as a Certified General Real Property Appraiser in both Georgia and South Carolina as well as being a licensed Georgia General Contractor (unlimited). He is also a Candidate for Designation with the Appraisal Institute.
His valuation experience includes a wide array of fee assignments for a multitude of property types, as well as expert witness testimony and feasibility analysis.
Blake McMillan
Registered Real Property Appraiser
Blake is a Registered Real Property Appraiser as well as a licensed Georgia General Contractor. He brings extensive construction management and real estate development experience to the valuation process, as well as substantial experience in cost estimating and project management skills.
Shawn Sims

Shawn is the newest member of our valuation team. Shawn is a Registered Real Property Appraiser.
Wanda Burnsed
Office Manager
Wanda will most likely be the voice you hear if you contact our office by phone. She has been with Ganem Lane Appraisal & Advisory (formerly Lane Appraisal Company) since 2010 and is the one that makes everything work in our office.
